Hi there. I'm pretty new to this forum (this is my second post), but looking at the forum ranks from the few posts that I have seen, scout sergeant seems to be only just above scout. From a fluff point of view, it is quite different from this, as scout sergeants are often enough veterans and accomplished full marines, that have been put in as scout sergeants in order to pass on their wealth of knowledge.
